Personality:

Sho Minamimoto is a very egotistical person with a slight superiority complex. He believes that he is superior to all other beings, shinigami or hollow. This is because of a technique that he himself invented which allows the user to temporarily fuse themselves with their Zanpaktou's spirit. As demonstrated by this, Sho is also a very intelligent individual and should not be taken lightly. In some aspects, Sho might be compared to Aizen, however, the key difference being that Sho is much more out spoken.

Name: Za Yajuu (The Beast)
Inner World: Za Yajuu's inner world is made up of pitch black walls and a pitch black floor. Although it is imposable to tell the true size of the world, it is presumed that it is very large.
Personality: Being a large beast, Za Yajuu really has no personality of his own. It is known that he likes to fight and kill, but otherwise, he shares the same personality as Sho.

Sealed Zanpakuto:

Za Yajuu's sealed form takes the appearance of a wicked katana, it's guard made out of three skulls. It has a black sheath and a black hilt.

Shikai Description:

Release Phrase: "May the demon's flood your soul, Za Yajuu"
Appearance:

In it's shikai, Za Yajuu takes the form of a large broad katana, the blades width getting wider around it's end. It has also gained a skull-like design right on the blade, replacing the three skulls that made the guard. It is also surrounded by an eerie green glow.
Attribute/Element: Sho's Zanpaktou has a dual element, Noise and Darkness. This is very effective when it comes to fighting, as Sho can both blind and deafen his opponents.

Shikai Abilities:

Rosuto Reikon-Lost Souls
With this technique, Sho can use the eerie green light that surrounds his Zanpaktou. This is actually a sound based attack, as although if hit by the skulls that the green light forms you will be damaged, it's main function is to deafen his opponents, as each skull emits a wailing sound, which intensifies with the more skulls Sho creates.

Kuroi Taremaku-Dark Curtain
With this technique, Sho can cover the battle field with a curtain (not literal) of darkness. This will effectively decrease the field of vision of his opponent. This ability can be very effective, as Sho himself does not have his vision effected.

Noizu no Oujou-Noise of Death
With this ability, Sho can emit a harsh noise from the skull design on his sword. Not only does this sound damage the opponent's ear drums, but it can also cause physical damage to the opponent's organs.

Bankai Description:

Name: Za Yajuu no Jigoku-The Beast of Hell
Appearance:
In it's bankai, Za Yajuu takes the form of two large wicked blades. The blades have a retractable blade that can come down and form a guard for the hilt.

Full Fuse Form Bankai:

In his full fuse form with his Zanpaktou's spirit, Sho's bankai takes on a different form. In this form, Sho is a large demon, and his power is multiplied by almost a hundred.

Bankai Abilities:

Advanced Rosuto Reikon
In his Bankai, Sho can use this ability with much more destructive potential, each skull created from the green energy has the strength to break through even a building. The sound also becomes more unbearable.

Advanced Noizu no Oujou
In his Bankai, Sho can use this technique to cause massive damage to his opponents and their hearing.

Hibiki no Kichigai-Sound of Madness
With this technique, Sho can emit a high pitched screech that can drive an opponent insane and even give Sho control of their mind. It, however, has a limited area of effect.

Kuroi Oujou-Black Death
With this technique, Sho sends a large wave of black reatisu towards his opponent, much larger than that of even Ichigo's getsuga. The black reatisu can cause major damage, and is like being attacked by a thousand blades.

History/Background:

Sho’s history begins around 500-600 years before the current time. Not much is know about Sho’s early life. It is unknown who or what exactly he was during his time on earth, nor is it known which district of the Rukongai he lived in. His real past is only known from the time he entered the Shinigami Academy. During his time in the academy, Sho was relatively quiet, and seemingly harmless, only caring to study the materials at hand. Because of his attitude, not many people approached him, much to his liking. Had anyone ever taken the time to get to know Sho, they would have been scared for their lives. Sho had easily connected with his Zanpaktou, able to control it’s shikai before even graduating from the academy. He, however, kept this fact hidden from others, as he did not wish to bring any attention to himself. He also began to study up on some forbidden materials, especially one’s pertaining to Zanpaktou spirits, and a rouge spirit by the name of Muramasa. After studying this rouge spirit, he developed a technique that completely paralleled that of Muramasa, the ability to fuse one’s self with their own Zanpaktou’s spirit. The technique was different than the normal way of using your Zanpaktou, as it allowed the user complete control over their Zanpaktou’s powers. All of this, however, he discovered while still in the academy.

After graduating, Sho quickly rose through the ranks of the Gotie 13, becoming the youngest shinigami to become a lieutenant and then a captain of Squad 12 (This was around 300-400 years before Hitsugaya). Using his clearance as a Captain, Sho was able to further research ways to improve his fusion with his Zanpaktou spirit, as well as many other topics. After years of research, he finally came to believe that he himself was superior to all other beings, being able to do what he called a “Full Fuse” with his Zanpaktou. After a few years, he became bored with the Soul Society, not wishing to adhere to the rules of the central 46. It was around this time that he devised an ingenious plan to escape the Soul Society. He would use his Bankai with his Full Fuse technique to create the diversion he would need to escape. Before escaping, Sho made sure to wipe his name from all of the books, making sure that nobody would follow him. On the day of his escape, after going into Full Fuse in his Bankai, Sho was easily able to temporarily blind and deafen all of the shinigami in the Soul Society and make his escape. It is unknown where he is now, but it is believed that he is residing in the world of the living. It is also thought by some that Sho was Aizen's inspiration for leaving the Soul Society, although this cannot be confirmed.

Standing up on one of the larger buildings in Karakura, Sho grinned as he watched countless humans below pass him by, unaware that he was even there. "Heh, foolish scum, it suits you to be below me" he said arrogantly, tossing a rock down at the people to frighten them. He then quickly flash stepped down to the people, creating a large gust of wind that even knocked some people down. "You worms, bow before me" he said, even though he knew that none of them could hear him. He then began to walk towards the graveyard, bored of tormenting the simple humans. It was as he left that a hollow, attracted to Sho's immense reatisu, appeared and followed him.

As Sho reached the graveyard he let out a laugh "Foolish hollow, do you think an inferior being like you can kill me?" With that, Sho let the hollow charge at him, letting it get within two inches of attacking him. At this moment, Sho quickly formed his hand into a fist and punched the hollow in the face, completely destroying it's mask. With that Sho began a maniacal outburst of laughter "HAH! fools, don't dare try to take me on, for I am a higher being than you!" he shouted out.
